How the truck gets to Lehigh Acres
Lehigh Acres is east of us, inland. No bridge between us.
Lehigh is a long, spread-out drive, so the window we give you depends on where in Lehigh you are and on traffic along Lee Boulevard.

New house? Read the warranty first
If your house is only a year or two old, the garage door and the opener may still be under the builder's warranty. Look through your closing papers before you call anyone, including us. If the warranty has run out, or the builder can't get to you soon, we can.
Small fixes come first
In a newer home, a door that won't close is often something small: a safety sensor knocked out of line by a bike or a trash can, a remote that lost its code, a keypad with a dead battery. Wipe the sensor lenses and line them up first. If the light still blinks, sensor repair takes 30 to 45 minutes, and remotes and keypads 15 to 30 minutes.
County permits and the wind line
Lehigh Acres is unincorporated Lee County, so replacing a garage door takes a county Windows, Doors, Shutters permit filed through eConnect. The county's wind map puts most of Lehigh in the 160-mph band and its eastern edge in the 150-mph band, and the new door's Product Approval has to match where your house sits. New garage doors.
